The Arc is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The Arc Central Chesapeake Region works within the region and supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they become more involved and active within the community.

Challenge

The Arc CCR came to Liquified Creative with a need to fill open positions for Direct Support Professionals. Through the development of campaign messaging and targeting, a clear goal was made – attract qualified candidates to apply and commit to the position long-term.

Approach

Liquified Creative designed, developed, and executed all elements of a strategic marketing and advertising campaign aimed at recruiting applicants for open positions while promoting brand awareness for a non-profit organization. This campaign used creative and messaging developed in-house by Liquified Creative which included video assets, print ads, billboards, web banners, social content, and more.


Result

Campaign efforts not only surpassed the initial actionable goals identified prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic, but substantially increased brand awareness throughout the region, proven by implemented in-depth tracking measurements and performance indicators.
