Running Dog Architects is an architectural firm based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The firm’s co-founders—Eric Carle, AIA, and Warren Wick, AIA—each have over 20 years experience designing and managing a variety of building and planning projects including multi-family housing, healthcare facilities, commercial office buildings, and embassies.

CHALLENGE

To create an engaging brand centered around the personality and style established by the architectural firm, while simultaneously separating them from their competition in the Washington, DC area. Their logo and name reflect the architectural design element of a “running dog”—a repeat pattern used throughout their branding.
