The Giant National Capital Barbeque Battle is an annual event that brings together BBQ enthusiasts from all around the country. This event celebrates the art of cooking and the joy of eating, while also providing entertainment and musical performances right on historic Pennsylvania Avenue.
So, what was there to do when the global health crisis hit, and social distancing restrictions were enforced? A decision was made to transform the event into an entirely virtual format spanning throughout the whole month of June. To make this vision a reality, Liquified Creative joined forces with national brands to provide a virtual experience encompassing all that the live event has to offer.
THE GIANT BBQ BATTLE VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE
In order to transform The Giant National Capital BBQ Battle into America’s first virtual food and music festival, Liquified Creative, along with Giant Food, worked to elevate the event to exceed the expectations of visitors and brands. Liquified Creative developed a platform to connect multiple brands with visitors to create awareness and increase ticket sales.
