Our team conducted an in-depth discovery meeting with key stakeholders followed by a thorough social media audit. We then discussed the presented findings and recommendations to establish a client-approved, strategic approach to implementation.
Findings were utilized in a cross-network account optimization across all existing owned social channels. Summarized brand guidelines were also further refined and structured for final inclusion in a final Social Media Brand Guide.
