During his career, Shawn has designed and assisted in the brand development and communication strategies on a number of accounts such as Starwood Hotels, Bozzuto, Ryan Homes, Broadstripe, Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce, US Chamber of Commerce, RxNT, National Geographic, Quantum Sail Design Group and a number of Congressional and US Representatives.
Prior to Liquified Creative, Shawn was a Creative Director for Borcz:Dixon and an Art Director for Williams Whittle Associates. Shawn is a graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art and has been recognized through local, national and regional creative awards.
Awards include: National Addys, 2009 Creativity Awards and numerous Print Quality/Design Awards from the PGAMA.

For over 30 years, John has designed and assisted in marketing and brand development with a number of successful clients such as: Holtzman & Silverman/Village Green Management, Klingbeil Capital Management, Annapolis Marriott Hotel, Annapolis Conference & Visitors Bureau, Anne Arundel Trade Council, Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Air Jamaica, Righttime Medical Care, Maryland Transportation Builders & Materials Association/MD Quality Initiative, The Queen Mary, Anne Arundel Medical Center, and a number of Fortune 500 clients including SmithKline Beecham, Johnson & Johnson, Harcourt Health Care, and Tyco SimplexGrinnell.
John also has extensive experience in video pre- and post-production, instructional and interactive media, media planning & budgeting, marketing planning & budgeting, trade show design & fabrication, planning and coordination of large scale marketing & advertising campaigns and both large- and smaller-scale events integrating multimedia, video & thematic visual presentations.
Jessica started her career at Safeway, managing accounts receivable for employment, before moving onto a large food brokerage company. Next, she took her career to new heights at Aerotek, where she worked in accounts receivable for 6 years; and then moved onto Centric Business Systems, where she was responsible for billing and collecting at this technology/printer company.
When Jessica isn’t at work she serves as Comptroller at her church, taking her two daughters and son to gymnastics and dance, making her garden grow, and completing major house projects.
Jamie lives and breathes Marketing. Assisting with strategic SEO, SEM, SNM, and dynamic eBlasts, he certainly helps keep the ship afloat! Having a background in Marketing Communications and Strategy with giants such as Coca-Cola and Vocus (now Cision), Jamie brings a diverse background that truly supports Liquified Creative's slogan, "Marketing isn't just one thing. It's everything!"
Jamie's leadership skills add a premier level of 'crew focus' that, with his keen attention to detail keeps us growing with a steady tact of success. When not at sea, he can be found rooting for the Baltimore Orioles or Baltimore Ravens. He also enjoys spending time with his family, including playing at local playgrounds with his daughter and toddler son.

Meghan’s her name and social media is her game. While most of Meghan’s time is anchored in developing social media strategies she also dabbles in creating unique content.After graduating from York College with a Mass Communications degree Meghan worked at Stansberry & Associates, where she managed every aspect of social media, coordinated press appearances and conferences, and wrote content to promote positive brand recognition. Meghan’s background in Public Relations and Social Media have qualified her to fit the many hats that come with the role of Social Media Strategist at Liquified Creative.
She loves swimming the extra mile to ensure that everyone gets involved and feels included. No matter what environment she’s thrown into, whether it’s inside the Internet world or even surfing the East Australian Current, you can be assured that she has the ability to navigate through any obstacle.
Meghan’s bubbly and social personality shine through her work on and offline. Between blogging, Facebook, Twitter, and Google Analytics Meghan spends a lot of time searching for the latest trends, hashtags, and innovative ways to market through social media. When she does catch a breath from her work she enjoys time with her fur baby/cat-son Rafiki. In the near future, Meghan will be adopting a puppy to share her life with.
Don’t be fooled by Meghan’s girly personality- she has been fishing since she was two and when she casts her line she always reels in new leads and opportunities!
Prior to joining the Liquified Creative crew, Karyn worked as a Marketing Project Specialist at Johns Hopkins HealthCare, where she managed the development and implementation of internal and external marketing, communication, and advertising efforts for the company. Karyn has a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations and an Advanced Certificate in Technical Information Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Joe is an avid problem solver and fun haver. When not focusing on building websites, answering anyone’s question about anything, or brushing up on the latest trends in web development Joe is kicking butt and taking names at ping pong or an office nerf battle.
Coming from the University of Maryland College Park Joe studied 3 years in Physics before shifting into Graphic Design to graduate with an Art Studio degree. Joe’s interest in both the logic and aesthetic lends a unique perspective on delivering complete website builds that consider every aspect of the user experience.
Constantly pushing the team to consider other possibilities and think outside the box, Joe has enhanced Liquified Creative’s processes and provided an encouraging persona to the crew.
