Shawn Noratel
Shawn Noratel Founding Partner + Creative Director
As Partner and Creative Director of Liquified Creative, Shawn Noratel brings creative insight and working knowledge on every project. In addition, he also brings the business experience that both drives firm and also our clients marketing strategies. His philosophy of “living and breathing brands” has allowed Liquified Creative to integrate and elevate brands across multiple mediums and social environments.

During his career, Shawn has designed and assisted in the brand development and communication strategies on a number of accounts such as Starwood Hotels, Bozzuto, Ryan Homes, Broadstripe, Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce, US Chamber of Commerce, RxNT, National Geographic, Quantum Sail Design Group and a number of Congressional and US Representatives.

Prior to Liquified Creative, Shawn was a Creative Director for Borcz:Dixon and an Art Director for Williams Whittle Associates. Shawn is a graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art and has been recognized through local, national and regional creative awards.

Awards include: National Addys, 2009 Creativity Awards and numerous Print Quality/Design Awards from the PGAMA.

John Corsaut
John Corsaut Partner + Marketing Director
As a seasoned Marketing Director with over three decades of successful B2B and B2C advertising and marketing experience, John’s enthusiastic, innovative, creative, and forward-thinking brings brand messaging to life through the integration of both traditional and digital strategies. With decades of experience of identifying key branding priorities and objectives, he confidently formulates and implements marketing strategies, initiatives, and communication programs to meet those goals. His successful integration techniques and digital strategies propagate customer segment insights, value propositions and messaging, cross-channel marketing opportunities, and content to drive tangible results through an orchestration of market- and segment-based touchpoints.

John has demonstrated marketing and brand development accomplishments with a number of successful clients such as: Holtzman & Silverman/Village Green Management, Klingbeil Capital Management, Annapolis Marriott Hotel, Anne Arundel Trade Council, Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Air Jamaica, Righttime Medical Care, MD Transportation Builders & Materials Association/MD Quality Initiative, Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation. John also has extensive experience in video pre- and post-production, instructional and interactive media, marketing/media planning & budgeting, trade show design & fabrication, and planning & coordination of large-scale marketing & advertising campaigns.

Jessica Noratel
Jessica Noratel Chief Financial Officer + Partner
Jessica Noratel is the keeper of the charts, maps and everything financial at Liquified Creative. Who else could manage Liquified Creative's day-to-day operations, handle all accounts receivable and payable, and make sure everyone has exactly what they need when they need it, all before lunch.

Jessica started her career at Safeway, managing accounts receivable for employment, before moving onto a large food brokerage company. Next, she took her career to new heights at Aerotek, where she worked in accounts receivable for 6 years; and then moved onto Centric Business Systems, where she was responsible for billing and collecting at this technology/printer company.

When Jessica isn’t at work she serves as Comptroller at her church, taking her two daughters and son to gymnastics and dance, making her garden grow, and completing major house projects.
Jamie Czajkowski
Jamie Czajkowski Marketing Manager

Jamie lives and breathes Marketing. Specializing in assisting with strategic SEO, website navigation, overall usability, content population, new client acquisition along with managing a handful of accounts for Liquified. Since joining the crew in 2014, Jamie has excelled in anything thrown at him and always demanded more.

Jamie's leadership skills add a premier level of 'crew focus' that, with his keen attention to detail, keeps us growing with a steady tact of success. In his free time he can be found rooting for the Baltimore Orioles or Baltimore Ravens. He also enjoys spending time with his family, including playing at local playgrounds with his two kids, and rescue pup.

Chad Phillips
Chad Phillips Senior Web Developer

Chad has been developing and designing for the web for nearly 15 years, starting during his time at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and spawning from an even earlier interest in computers and computer games as a kid. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Information Systems Management from UMBC.

Across the Baltimore-DC Metro Area, Chad has worked for small shops and industry leaders, across a spectrum of needs on the front and back-end of web applications.

Chad also has a life outside of work! He’s a father of two energetic boys and enjoys spending time playing games, building LEGO towers, watching those towers get smashed, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and children. With the little free time he has remaining, he likes to watch TV, movies, play games, and drink good beer with great friends. He also part of a small pub trivia team that performs…in his words…” admirably.”

Angus Walbeck
Angus Walbeck Production Artist

As Production Artist, Angus is working alongside our Creative and Marketing Teams, he’s helping out with everything from e-blasts and coding to design support and media distribution.

Angus has a BFA in Graphic Design from Salisbury University, and has interned as a graphic designer with Peppermill Projects. Most recently, he had been doing freelance work under his own personal company, APW Creative.

He’s excited by any opportunity to be creative/unique/original, and expresses that through his clothing, art, or music. He keeps the focus on trying to be new, original and ahead of the game in any way possible. Believe it or not, he’s an avid hip-hop fan, and Jimi Hendrix is his all time favorite musician and one of his idols (along with painter Jean-Michel Basquiat). One of his favorite things to do? Listen to his vinyl records.

In his free time, he’s constantly listening to music. Other than that, you can find him fishing, drinking "good" beer with friends or checking out new restaurants and bars around town. He also loves kayaking, or really anything that gives him an excuse to be outdoors.

Caitlin Wiggins
Caitlin Wiggins Social Media Manager

Caitlin finished Grad School at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC in 2015, leaving with a B.A. in media Studies and a M.S. in Business Analysis. Next, she decided to live and work there for a little bit. Once she had enough of living in the city, Caitlin decided to change jobs and address' and move back to Annapolis. Caitlin does all things social media, video production, and assists in other client projects involving content writing, SEO, branding, and a little email marketing. She has worked in this “industry” for about 4 years now and loves (almost) every second of it. Especially all the seconds she has been working at Liquified.

Sammi Laite
Sammi Laite Jr. Graphic Designer

Sammi is fresh from The University of Tampa graduating with a degree in Graphic Design and a Minor in Interactive Media. She spent the summer studying visual design in Florence, Italy with the Studio Arts College International, designing a way to communicate the importance of creating a plastic-free life and informing how to eliminate plastic in different areas throughout an average person’s day. Whether it is design, photography, or her painting specialty – encaustic wax painting – Sammi is always looking to create something new and impactful. With her favorite designers being Louise Fili, Jacqueline Casey, and The Guerrilla Girls, her style is full of simple forms and rule-breaking while leaving a bold impression. When she is not bug-eyed focused on the computer screen, she is coming up with phrases no one understands and planning her next adventure.
