Liquified Creative is owned and operated by Shawn Noratel, a Freelance Creative Director who offers graphic design, web design/development and creative support to advertising agencies, marketing firms and in-house marketing departments of small to large companies in the Baltimore/Annapolis/DC area. In addition to offering services to advertising agencies and marketing firms, we offer strategic branding, design, advertising and web design services to a number of our own clientele.
